Takahiro Shinozaki joined Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Kanagawa, Japan in March 2013. Previously, he was an assistant professor in Graduate School of Advanced Integration Science, Chiba University, Chiba, Japan. He was an assistant professor in 2008-2011 and a fellowship researcher in 2007-2008 at Furui lab in Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. In 2006-2007, he was a research assistant professor at the Media Archiving Laboratory in Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. In 2004-2006, he was a research scholar at the Signal, Speech and Language Interpretation Laboratory in University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, USA. In 2005-2006, he was a visitor at International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley, California, USA.

Research

Takahiro Shinozaki's research interests include acoustic and language modeling for spontaneous speech recognition.
